Learn how to execute a roundhouse, axe, and crescent kick in correct form, all in a span of 90 minutes. Our class will train your body and mind to spar with noble intention and to act only within the confines of self-defense. Letting you adopt the mindset that you need not to win, just not to lose.
No matter what the color of your belt is, our classes are open to everyone willing to be taught the discipline that is Karate. Coach Ian Jereos will be the one acting as your ‘Mr. Miyagi’ and will school you every Saturday and Sunday at 12:30 pm. Take note that Karate begins and ends with a bow, so have your gi wrapped nice and tight and head to PHO now!
